you need to make sure you pull the moisture out with a powder before using the spray or the spray won't work as well.  I would try a thinner foundation application and see if that does the rick......

Well powder & setting spray are just different. Since teaching I've come to find that most ppl just don't use powder well. Perhaps you need to change your powdering technique.

I use powder very sparingly if it all, I use a small powder brush and lightly hit the t zone sides of nose and chin. Sometimes super lightly under the eyes. I also have neutral set ben Nye
